Job Description

The role

Your main responsibilities include:

• You ensure that your store reflects brand standards, commerciality and support the customer experience.
• You ensure, that campaigns, visual standards and guidelines are implemented correctly and finished on time through planning and routines.
• You analyse KPIs together with management team and implement relevant actions.
• Your are responsible for the development of your Visual team.
• You act as a role model to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• You have the ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise yours and your team’s work.
• You like creating structure, working with numbers and analysing of sales figures.
• You are flexible and a problem solver who dares to take initiative to find the best solution.
• You have a genuine interest in fashion and culture and you’re able to translate this into relevant creative actions.
• You have proven leadership skills, minimum of two years of experience within the high traffic retail industry, knowledge of technical skills within Visual Merchandising, as well as good English skills.
